Next CA Cashback Rewards Program Terms and Conditions
1. INTRODUCTION TO THE PROGRAM AND THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1.1. The Next CA Cashback Rewards Program (Program) made available by Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand ABN 50 084 642 571 (CA ANZ, we or us) offers, subject to these terms and conditions (Terms and Conditions), discounts, other benefits and/or cashback rewards (Cashback) when completing qualifying actions on a participating retailer’s or service provider’s website through the Program’s website platform, which is located at: www.nextca.com.au and www.nextca.co.nz (Platform). The Platform is operated on CA ANZ’s behalf by Think Wink Pty Ltd ABN 59 640 766 310 (Wink) who is not a related entity of CA ANZ and does not act as CA ANZ’s agent.
1.2. By participating in the Program, including by registering an account and using the Platform, shopping at one of the participating retailers or accessing a retail offer through the Platform, or accruing rewards by form of a cashback, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions and agree that they constitute a legally binding agreement between you and CA ANZ (and, to the extent required, between you and Wink). It is your responsibility to read and understand these Terms and Conditions.
1.3. The Terms and Conditions are effective from the date specified above and may be amended by CA ANZ from time to time.
1.4. Other terms and conditions may also apply in relation to your participation in the Program, including those that you are required to agree to upon registration. Additionally, some products and services available as part of the program have separate third party retailer terms and conditions that apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions which may appear on the third party retailer website. You should read those terms and conditions before you use or purchase the product/service in question. CA ANZ and Wink are not a party to those terms and conditions and has no control over them. You may be required to register with the retailer and comply with any of their terms and conditions to enable you to participate in a particular Cashback.
1.5. If you have any questions about these Terms and Conditions, please contact CA ANZ, at: service@charteredaccountantsanz.com.
2. ACCOUNTS
2.1. You are required to maintain an account on the Platform to maintain access to the Platform and participate in the Program. To be eligible to create and maintain an account on the Platform to enable you to earn rewards in the Program (accountholder) you must:

2.2. Creating an account on the Platform is free and there are generally no “out of pocket” expenses to continue as an accountholder, however, certain costs may apply, including:
· debiting accrued rewards into a digital gift card; and
· repaying or forfeiting amounts in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (for example, if you are in breach of these Terms and Conditions).
2.3. Accountholders may, at any time, cancel their account under the ‘Profile’ section in the Platform.
2.4. CA ANZ may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program (including restricting or removing access to the Platform) if, in CA ANZ’s reasonable opinion, you:
a) abuse, misuse or attempt to abuse or misuse the Platform, the Program, or anything else associated with CA ANZ;
b) do anything that is contrary to these Terms and Conditions;
c) fraudulently or dishonestly accumulate Cashback on the Platform;
d) supply any incorrect or misleading information;
e) engage in, or CA ANZ reasonable suspects you have engaged in, unacceptable conduct in connection with the Platform;

2.5. At CA ANZ’s sole discretion, CA ANZ may terminate participation in the Program by an accountholder if the accountholder has recorded no activity (i.e. no Cashback has been tracked to the account) for over 12 months.
2.6. Termination of your participation in the Program (whether through voluntary cancellation, or because of action taken by CA ANZ because of inactivity or due to your breach of these Terms and Conditions) will result in the forfeiture of any accrued rewards and/or cashback stored on the Platform but does not otherwise affect any other relationship an accountholder has with CA ANZ (i.e. if they are a provisional member of CA ANZ).
2.7. On cancellation of your participation in the Program (including through your requested cancellation of your account on the Platform), we may retain your personal information for record-keeping purposes and, for any other purposes permitted by our Privacy Policy, and if applicable, Wink’s Privacy Policy.
2.8. You agree that, except to the extent that these Terms and Conditions expressly provide otherwise, we do not need to notify you in advance, or give you any reasons, with regard to any action we take concerning your access to the Program.
3. EARNING CASHBACK
3.1. Some products and services available as part of the Program have extra third-party retailer terms and conditions that apply in addition to these Terms and Conditions. These will be displayed within the appropriate participating retailer’s website (once accessed through the Platform) and you should read those terms and conditions before you purchase the product/service in question. We nor Wink are not a party to those terms and conditions and have no control over them. You may also be required to register with the retailer to enable you to participate in a particular Cashback.
3.2. When an accountholder makes a qualifying purchase (in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and any applicable participating retailer terms and conditions), the accountholder will start accruing Cashbacks as offered by the participating retailers.
3.3. Accrued Cashbacks (as further defined and explained in 3.6 below) are shown after the accountholder makes an eligible purchase in accordance with these Terms and Conditions and the terms and conditions of participating retailers. Should you become aware of receiving a Cashback that you are not eligible to receive, you must inform us at the earliest opportunity so that the transaction can be removed.
3.4. Except as stated in these Terms and Conditions or in the terms and conditions of offers made by participating retailers, there is no limit to how much accountholder’s can shop. The more a registered accountholder shops with participating retailers within the app, the more Cashbacks that accountholder earns.
3.5. Accountholder’s should check any terms and conditions of the participating retailer’s offer before shopping or purchasing. To take advantage of online offers, members will be required to access the participating retailer’s store via the Platform and follow the instructions provided through it. A purchase that is not made in accordance with the applicable retailer’s terms and conditions or these Terms and Conditions will not be eligible for Cashback.
3.6. Cashbacks may not be credited to your account immediately and may take up to (1) up to approximately 14 days to display in your pending balance and (2) up to approximately 120 days or longer for certain retailers to clear. If this time has lapsed and your Cashback is not showing in your account, you will be able to submit a claim via the Contact Support form and CA ANZ will investigate that transaction for you directly with the retailer. Participating retailers may have different periods before Cashbacks are paid. However, the Accountholder’s account will show on their app both cleared and pending Cashback funds.
3.7. Cashback is only available from participating retailers’ websites that are visited directly via a hypertext link from the Platform. If you follow a hypertext link to one retailer, then from that retailer follow a hypertext link to another retailer listed on the app, without visiting the second retailer directly from the app, cashback will not be tracked or awarded.
3.8. Eligibility for Cashback offers are governed by the terms and conditions of each participating retailer. It is at the retailer’s discretion whether a Cashback offer is applicable with the site's existing discounts, advertised offers or methods of payments. These are subject to change by the retailer. You should check the retailer's terms & conditions for any changes to Cashback eligibility.
3.9. The tracking of cashback relies on third party systems (e.g. your internet service provider and your internet browser) over which we have no control. No liability will be accepted by CA ANZ or any parties assisting CA ANZ with the Program for failure in the tracking process on third party systems.
3.10. CA ANZ may reverse (i.e. debit) any Cashbacks which have been allocated (i.e. credited) to you where you have returned the goods, or you have been refunded for the goods or services in respect of which those Cashbacks were earned.
3.11. All Cashback payments are subject to CA ANZ receiving payment from the relevant participating retailer. If you return an item, or cancel a subscription before your obligations with the retailer are complete then no Cashback will be awarded and Cashback already credited to your account will be removed in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3.12. We may also reverse Cashbacks which have been allocated to you if there are any other grounds which we consider, at our discretion, justify a reversal, for instance, if the Cashbacks were allocated to you by mistake (including by reason of our error) or if you earned them through unintended, deceptive, dishonest, or fraudulent means.
3.13. We reserve the right to:
(a) monitor your purchase history to ensure that any Cashbacks are accumulated only in the manner intended; and
(b) seek further information from you or from third parties where CA ANZ suspects any information you have provided is false or misleading.
3.14. CA ANZ gives no warranty as to the continuation of the Program or the availability of the Platform. If CA terminates or suspends the Program, Cashbacks will be paid out to accountholder’s (or otherwise dealt with) in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3.15. Cashback may be affected by certain settings or software products installed or used on your mobile phone (or similar compatible device) or desktop which prevent the Platform or a participating retailer from tracking your actions. If a technical failure on the part of the retailer, or an incompatibility with the settings on a device, prevents us or the retailer from tracking the qualifying action then we reserve the right not to allocate Cashback.
4. ENJOYING REWARDS AND WITHDRAWING FUNDS
4.1. The Cashback status for accountholders will be updated according to the following:
a) Redeemable: These are cleared Cashback from the participating retailer. This will occur when the retailer has settled the Cashback with the Program.
b) Pending: These Cashbacks have not yet cleared from the participating retailer.
4.2. Cashbacks will be made available for redemption by the Member when the Cashback balance of $20 (or $22 for a digital Prepaid Mastercard® (s) or digital Prepaid Visa card) of Redeemable funds or more is met. If the Cashback balance of Redeemable funds has not reached the minimum, withdrawal functionality is not available.
4.3. Where an accountholder has received a Cashback from a retail purchase and then returns the item and receives a partial or full refund, and the retailer notifies CA ANZ of the return, the debit of that Cashback amount is applied to the Accountholder’s account. If an account falls into arrears, any future rewards accrued will first be deducted off the debit balance until that account has a positive balance.
4.4. An accountholder can see the total Cashbacks accrued (Redeemable and Pending) by logging in to the Platform and checking the Cashback balance on their dashboard.
